Shopotox offers a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on Shopotox subject to the following conditions.
The buyer must inform us of his/her intention to return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of the product, in the following circumstances:
Defective/incorrect product replacement
(i) Notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 24 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org; or call us on 020-26158193
(ii) The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:
(a) Must have the invoice.
(b) Must have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
(c) Must be in an unused/sellable condition.
(iii) As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
(iv) In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:
(a) Product is damaged due to use or misuse.
(b) Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
(c) Product has been tampered with.
(v) In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.
(vi) In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments).
(vii) You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on Shopotox.
(viii) If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller's policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.
(ix) Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want
You can cancel an order in one of two ways. Call us on 020-26158193 or write to us on email@example.com
(i) If you cancel an order, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.
(ii) If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
(a) If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support team and inform them of the same.
(b) If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the product), then please follow the steps as mentioned in point (iv) below.
(iii) You can return any product that you have received as long as the:
(a) Product is unused and contains invoice.
(b) The product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
(iv) You will receive a refund of the amount you paid less deductions (any rescheduling charges defined above) either online you paid for (for card payments and net banking) or via cheque (for COD payments).
(v) If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or colour. Please check the Seller's Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange.
(vi) Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
(i) Order cancellation: You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
(ii) In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. In order to cancel an item in your order:

For all electronic items replacement can only be entertained in case, of manufacturing defect and in transit damage. In both the scenarios case should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of article to Shopotox customer services team by calling or email on our helpline.
The refund and returns policy shall be override depending on the seller's return policy.
In case you have received the damaged article, please report the concern to our Customer Experience team within 24 Hours of receiving the article.
(i) Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
(ii) We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. Please follow the instructions you received by email.
(iii) In case we can't pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to the Seller. We will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt in form of coupons or reward points.
(iv) Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit
(v) Mention the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return
(vi) Please mention Seller's address as specified in the email notification sent to you
(vii) Do retain the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid, it will be required to reimburse the shipping charges. Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference
(viii) Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as Seller receives the product from you and shall be in coupon or reward points
